About Roz:


Roz is a movement specialist.


Roz set foot in her first studio pilates session in 2000 to order to heal a labral hip tear. Not only did pilates manage and heal her chronic injury, but changed the shape of her body and the way she moved and performed.

Since then Roz's pilates and  yoga journey has evolved and progressed through various different lineages and numerous trainings.


Roz is an ex professional dancer, including dancer with The Wiggles. Roz has trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in dance from Queensland University of Technology.

Rosalind has been teaching movement since 2003. Over the years Roz has worked closely with a number of professional sporting teams and athlete development squads. Since 2019 Rosalind has been the mobility coach for professional NRL(Rugby League) team Penrith Panthers.


Other teams/sports Roz has worked with include – NSW NRL State of Origin Blues team, NRL Parramatta Eels, NRL Canterbury Bulldogs, AFL Sydney Swans,NRL Newcastle Knights, NSW Junior Women's Artistic Gymnastics, Junior national swimmers, as their mobility and movement coach (utilising pilates & yoga methods).


Movement; pilates and yoga has always presented a sense of joy and fulfilment for Roz, however when she transitioned from professional dancer to a corporate career in media advertising that the calming and grounding effects of pilates and yoga really hit home. Realising that life behind a computer screen wasn’t for her, Roz left the corporate world and returned back to teaching full-time, immersing herself and further exploring of the body, mind and breath.


Roz loves to share her passion and dedication for pilates, yoga and movement with her clients and takes joy in guiding each individual through this transformational process to become the best version of themselves. Roz's classes are alignment focused, dynamic and strong, with a deep connection to the breath and mind.

  • Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method – National Pilates Training (NPT) Currently completing (10839NAT)

  • Diploma of Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Instruction Method Studio/Rehab (11292NAT)

  • Polestar Ultimate Reformer and Complete Matwork series

  • Balanced Body Reformer training & Cadillac training

  • Ulysses Pilates Comprehensive Pilates Method (Rehab & Sport Specific)

  • Studio Pilates International Reformer & Mat

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in dance from Queensland University of Technology (QUT)

Rosalind is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor and has completed over 1000 hrs of yoga teacher training (including meditation and breath-work) with international master teachers.
